OOB and AP April 8, 2012 

Healing Babies   I settled in this afternoon for an intentional trip to the AP.   I did my affirmations and checked my hands.   Knocked on the door… yep all ready.   This time as I began to “dream” there were many “distractions” too many to list so I am going to try to describe the highlights.   I recall being in my bed, and hearing the dogs in my room, and many people.  I awoke thinking; “now why would they let the dogs in here and be in my room they know I am trying to take a nap” I got up and looked down at my Pajamas only to see that they were all torn.  This puzzled me however I went into the bathroom to change.  When I did I noticed that my skin was shedding off as well.  It appeared as t it was peeling after very bad sunburn, however I was not in any pain and was not burned.  Very strange.  While I was in the bathroom a friend of mine walked in, and I recall being annoyed that she was there.  Suddenly I realized that things in my bathroom looked very different.  I asked this friend “Where am I” I do not recall her reply.   I now realized that I was in the lucid state.  I was thrilled by this state of being. It has been awhile since I was able to get out so to speak.  I stood up on the counter and tried to get out trough the ceiling.  Only part of my hand would go through it.  I did the hand check again.  Yep, my hands certainly did look and act differently so I persisted in getting out of the house.  I decided to try the window.  Projecting all the energy I could muster I moved quickly toward the window and out I went!  I was very high off the ground but I was not afraid at all!  The colors became extremely vibrant, bright and alive.  Every thing around me had been enhanced.  It is so hard to find words to describe this experience.  I began to fly; I did not know where I was going as of yet I just wanted to fly!  As I looked up I saw 2 planets above me, bright, blue, lights; I knew these planets were earth.  I could see people on these planets, all of these people.  On the one they were moving around and were in silhouette form.  On the other planet the people encircle the outer edge and had their hands joined together.  I felt their joy and every emotion that they had.  

Now I find myself on my way to a hospital.  I remember the deep blue tiled walls.  I knew I needed to find all the babies that were ill.  I flew around the halls of this hospital until I found one of the rooms where all of these babies were.   I broke into the secured area.   A group of “nurses” attempted to lead me out, however I insisted on laying my hands on these ill babies.  I was led into a room where I saw many “sleeping “ babies, however IRL they would not actually look like babies to us.  It is hard to describe.   I went to each “babe” one by one and held my hands over the face of each, lightly touching them.  With each touch the babe came back to life and was healed.   I knew there were more in this hospital of sorts, more that were seriously ill and in intensive care. I had to find them.   I searched around for a few minutes making my way through many layers of very heavy while vinyl drapes that divided the rooms.  Finally found the most ill babes of all.  With one touch they opened their eyes and were healed.  This multidimensional “dreaming”, false awakening and such went on for hours it seemed.  I awoke back into real life feeling a sense of exuberance and aw.  What a wild time!  I am not sure what the babes represent or where I was but it was truly incredible.  The colors were like a very high definition television. 

There are no words in any language to describe this.  

Note:  Dogs and people usually surround me when I am in-between dimensions.  I have learned that this is one of my queues when I am ready to travel.  The “people” and voices are those of spirits.  They just sort of hang around.  It is very distracting.  I am use to them and welcome their company.  

OBE 9/11/2011  2:00-3:15 PM EST

I went to take my afternoon plug in and set my intention on having an OBE.   I did my affirmations, Awareness now and looked and my hands a few times, front and back before I lay down.  I put on my headphones, tuned up my iPhone to William Buhles CD meditation, put on a double eyes mask and settled into my bed.   The next thing I can recall is being in the lucid dreaming state.  I knew I was in my bed and really was not sure if I was awake or asleep, yet fully aware of my surroundings.  So I attempted to move OOB.  It felt heavy this time and my energy was a little resistant.  I did rollout and up I stood.  Wow.  At this point I still was not convinced I was out.  So I reaped my affirmations.  Awareness now. I moved over to the window, to try to get out, I couldn’t get through the window, I tried the ceiling, my “hand” went through the ceiling however I could not get the rest of my astral body to go through it.   I tried doing the back flips that Karen 659 talks about!  Wow, THIS works!  What a great feeling!  I felt like a little kid again with this new found ability.  So I glided and back flipped to the bedroom door thinking I could get out that way.   I found my self back and forth from my bed to the door.  In and out in and out… again multilayered lucid episodes.  At one point I went through the bedroom door and headed down to the garage to try to get out side that way.  NO luck.  I could not seem to get out of the house.  I was sure that I had awakened, as there seemed to be so many layers and dimensions again.  I did remember to hold my hands up in front of my face to see if there were there.  I consciously held them up, turned them front to back as Jamie showed me how to do, I could not see my hands.  I remember thinking how funny that is because I know I have hands!  I could hear my dog come in the room and my astral hands were petting her and with her as she walked around.  (IRL she was behind closed doors downstairs)  I wonder if perhaps she meets me on the AP when she can’t get to me?  This is the second time that she was right with me.   Soon I could feel myself go in back in my body, like a landing feeling with vibrations going in rather than vibrations as I went into OBE.

 9/23/11 2:00 PM O B E & ASTRAL TRAVEL (drowsy as I write this) 

At approx. 1:30 I went upstairs for an afternoon attempt at Astral Travel and OBE.   I set my intention like I usually do, looked at my “reality check” items, blocked out all the light, and settled in.  I can not say how long it took me to fall asleep, however, before I knew it I was lucid, I thought for sure I was awake as I could “move” around, I thought I was moving around yet still in a prone position.  The next memory that I can recall is hearing the crowds, the noise, and the dogs walking around.  (This always happens and I usually think I am fully conscious)  So knowing that this has happened many times before, I thought “ok, I am not go to fall for this again you dog spirits!  I know now I am lucid, so I attempt to wiggle out of my body…. It wasn’t working very well; I could get my hands and a few toes out but not my entire body.  I felt very heavy, so I drifted back into another layer of lucidity.  This kept happening over and over again. I concentrated very hard now, thrusting my energy upward, and then, POP I was out!  Now I was standing in my room.  I recall placing my hands above my head in a rather diving position, I closed my astral eyes and directed my energy upward.  I felt the sensation of moving very quickly, through the top of my house and outside.  I didn’t actually feel the sensation of going through the roof however.  I was now OOB! Whew hoo! I flew over the trees near my home and across the driveway area.  Wow!  This was so amazing!  I was fully aware that I was OOB. The colors were much more vivid though than IRL.  It was Spring-like outside.  I decided to try a few of those flips again! Awesome!  Like a kid doing cartwheels!  I was able then to go straight up, up, up, above the earth, I was only allowed to stay up there for a second as the pull back to my body was very strong and resisted to my efforts to go further.   One thing that I did encounter that really stuck out in my mind, and knew that  I wanted to recall was this monarch butterfly that flew around with me.  She was beautiful and seemed to enjoy the “ride” as much as I did! I continued to go in and out of the lucid state for a few hours, I think.   Then around 3:50 PM I was back to real life again.
